“Anishinabeg led archaeological program dedicated to the protection and preservation of our ancestral artifacts. We desire to manage our archaeological legacy, by continuously training Anishinabeg in the field of archaeology, building capacity and utilizing our own traditional practices and knowledge to restore and strengthen our relationship with the land.” 

The program also has “boots on the ground” seasonal archaeology positions/program for monitoring potential jobsites with various proponents. This program is based in Pikwakanagan.The Anishinabe Odjibikan field school based in Ottawa.
