Supportive Housing – Assisted Living

  • Assisted living in nine residential units for people with complex care needs and seniors
  • Transportation program for medical and shopping

Home Care

  • Light housekeeping and client support in their own homes

Aging at Home

  • Home maintenance, coordination, and social /recreation program for complex care clients and seniors

Home and Community Care

  • Provides case management and referrals for essential services
  • Transportation program for medical and shopping

High-Risk Seniors

  • Practical support for at-risk seniors to remain in their own homes
  • Call Help services and referrals

Medical Transportation

  • Transportation for medical and specialist appointments

Cultural Ceremonies and Traditional Practices

  • Clients are referred to traditional people
