Projects developed on or within the unsurrendered Algonquin Traditional Territory with potential impacts will enter into a participation agreement pursuant to which the Algonquins of Pikwakanagan First Nation continues to assert and exercise aboriginal title and aboriginal rights to and on its Reserve, and to those parts of its Traditional Territory to which it has not been a party to a treaty, including lands under water (see map attached as Scheduled A for parts of Traditional Territory in which AOPFN claims Aboriginal title).
