Provides effective holistic health programs that meets the needs of the community.

The role of the CHN is to provide health promotion and prevention methods within the community. This program offers many different workshops and direct client services.

• Mandatory Programs
• Maternal and Child Health
• Cardiovascular Disease Prevention
• Tertiary Support (Footcare)
• Healthy Children Screening Program
• School Health Program
• Well-Man & Well-Woman Programs
• Diabetes Education
• Healthy Babies/Healthy Children Program
• Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program
• Drug Distribution Program

Mandatory Programs:
These are programs are mandated under Health Canada for example, Communicable Disease Control;
• Vaccine Preventable Diseases
• Outbreak Control
• Sexually Transmitted Diseases
• Tuberculosis Control
