Councillor Sherry Kohoko
At 36 years old Sherry is a wife and mother of four children; Mitchel 17 years old, Hayley 14 years old, Ethan 7 years old, and her youngest Silas. Sherry has spent her entire life living here in Pikwàkanagàn and was elected to sit on Council in March 2003.

She began her career in July 1991 as a recording secretary taking and transcribing minutes for the Negotiation Department. In 1997 she was promoted to the position of Executive Assistant. After intensive training she was later promoted to the position of GIS Coordinator in 2001, responsible for working on maps of the claim territory.
